This South Tampa home had an older metal roof that was showing its age — tar patches along the eaves where leaks had been chased over the years, and flat sections over the carport and porch that were holding water and collecting debris. Tito and the crew tore everything down to the deck, dried it in, and installed a new galvalume metal roof with modified-bitumen flat sections. The homeowner posted her 5-star review two days after the crew wrapped up.

What we found

What we did

- ✓Re-flashed every penetration and cleaned the site thoroughly before leaving
