Completed
March 2025
This Riverview home came to us with storm-damaged shingles under blue tarps and a rooftop solar array in the way. We removed the solar, tore off the shingles, put down new decking where needed and installed a mill finish Galvalume ribbed metal roof over two days. It passed final inspection the next day, and the solar went back on in early April. Tito's crew ran the whole job.
Solar removed March 21; metal installed March 25 and 26; final inspection passed March 27; solar reinstalled in early April.
Homeowner feedback
From our crew lead's job notes: the final walkthrough with the homeowner went well and all closing paperwork was signed the same day. The homeowner has not posted an online review for this job, so we don't show one here.
