This single-story brick ranch in Seffner had a worn brown shingle roof and real damage at the back of the house — the overhang above the screened porch had rotted and partially collapsed, leaving the decking open at the eave. Crew lead Tito Cuero inspected and documented the roof in late March, staged the dumpster and materials the evening before, then tore the roof off and rebuilt it in a single day: deck repairs, synthetic underlayment, and a new gray architectural shingle system with a vented ridge. The homeowner posted her 5-star review that same evening.
