This single-story Palmetto home had a gray shingle roof that was past its service life — worn granules, exposed patches of roofing tar scattered across the field, and tired ridge lines. We inspected the roof in the spring, and in June the crew tore it off and installed a new black architectural shingle system across the home's hips, valleys, and gables in two days. The homeowner posted her 5-star review a few days after the crew wrapped up.

- ✕White fascia and gable trim worth protecting with clean edge lines
What we did

- ✓Tore the old shingle roof off down to the deck
- ✓Installed a new black architectural shingle system with matching ridge caps on every hip and ridge
- ✓Flashed and sealed every pipe, vent, and valley, and tied clean edges into the white fascia
