This Palm Harbor home had a worn shingle roof and a flat section over the back of the house that had reached the end of its life. Our crew tore both down to the deck, repaired a damaged truss, replaced the bad plywood, and installed about 20 squares of pewter grey architectural shingles over synthetic underlayment, with ice and water shield in the valleys and around every penetration. The low slope section got a new 2-ply modified bitumen system. New ridge vent, goosenecks, plumbing boots and anti-corrosion edge metal finished the roof, and the skylight was reflashed. The following week our team repaired the interior ceiling, matched the texture and paint, and reinstalled the ceiling fan. The job was permitted.

- ✓Repaired the interior ceiling, matched the texture and paint, and reinstalled the fan
- ✓Protected the landscaping and ran a magnetic nail sweep at cleanup
